The HI99163 FOODCARE pH Meter for Meat is a compact, rugged, and waterproof portable pH and temperature meter specifically designed for the meat processing industry. It supports HACCP-compliant monitoring, helping processors ensure product quality, safety, and consistency throughout production.
This meter features a specialized pre-amplified pH probe with a stainless steel penetration blade, allowing direct and non-intrusive pH measurements both on the surface and inside meat products.
